The undersigned Officer certify that:
- 1.All animals were examined before entering the Quarantine.
- 2.The animals have been kept in an accredited Quarantine station (Berbera) for a period of (21) days.
- 3.All animals are identified with Serial numbers of Ear Tags.
- 4.All animals were sprayed against external diseases and parasite.
- 5.All animals are free from any clinical signs of infectious diseases.
- 6.All animals are not Vaccinated against Rift Valley Fever (RVF).
- 7.All animals were Vaccinated against (Pox) disease.
- 8.Animals were tested against Rift Valley Fever (RVF) on the second day of the Quarantine using the (RVF Competitive ELISA) test and the result was negative.
- 9.All Animals were subjected to serological test for Brucella with (Rose Bengal) test in the first week of Quarantine and the result was negative.
أشهد أنا الطبيب البيطري الموقع أدناه بأن الحيوانات المذكورة مستوفية للشروط التالية:
- 1تم فحص جميع الحيوانات ظاهرياً قبل دخولها المحجر ضد الأمراض المحجرية.
- 2تم حجر الحيوانات لمدة (21) يوماً في المحجر البيطري المعتمد بميناء بربرة.
- 3جميع الحيوانات مرقمة بأرقام الأذن.
- 4تم رش جميع الحيوانات ضد الأمراض والطفيليات الخارجية.
- 5جميع الحيوانات خالية من أي أعراض سريرية للأمراض المعدية.
- 6جميع الحيوانات غير محصنة ضد مرض حمى الوادي المتصدع (RVF).
- 7تم تحصين جميع الحيوانات ضد مرض الجدري (Pox).
- 8تم فحص الحيوانات ضد مرض حمى الوادي المتصدع (RVF) في اليوم الثاني للحجر باستخدام اختبار (RVF Competitive ELISA) واتضح أنها سالبة.
- 9تم فحص جميع الحيوانات ضد مرض الحمى المالطية باستخدام اختبار (الروز بنجال) في الأسبوع الأول من الحجر واتضح أنها سالبة.

10. Confirmatory tests were performed five days before the animals were exit with the following diagnostic tests:
- (RVF Competitive ELISA) test for Rift Valley Fever and the result was negative.
- The (Rose Bengal) test for Brucella, and the result was negative.
11. Animals will be transported from Berbera Port to: Jeddah Port directly.
10تم عمل اختبارات تأكيدية قبل خروج الحيوانات بخمسة أيام بواسطة الاختبارات التالية:
- اختبار (RVF Competitive ELISA) لمرض حمى الوادي المتصدع واتضح أنها سالبة.
- اختبار (الروز بنجال) لمرض الحمى المالطية واتضح أنها سالبة.
11سيتم شحن الحيوانات مباشرة من ميناء بربرة إلى ميناء جدة.
